Act as the primary communicator, building consensus and clarity across all stakeholders.
Lead strategic forecasting and track progress against KPIs, delivering insightful analyses to senior management to guide decision-making.
Cultivate and lead a high-performing, dynamic growth team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in marketing growth strategy and data-driven decision-making.
Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience in optimizing cost efficiency and media mix through data insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
