Prepare parts for staining, painting, or finishing
Wipe down and inspect surfaces for imperfections
Work with sanding tools such as blocks, sponges, or small power sanders
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
Previous sanding or woodworking experience is an asset but not required
Comfortable doing physical, repetitive tasks for extended periods
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Willingness to learn and take direction
CSA-approved steel toe boots required
