As a Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in the integration, onboarding, and continuous skill development of our warehouse employees. You will ensure that newcomers are set up for success from day one, while continuously leveling up our existing teams to guarantee peak operational efficiency and adherence to our high company standards.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Integration of New Employees
Welcome & Support: Provide a welcoming environment and hands-on support to new employees throughout their integration process.
Facilitate Learning: Lead engaging training sessions covering company procedures, operational tools, and industry best practices.
On-the-Floor Development: Actively guide and accelerate the skill development of new recruits directly at their assigned workstations.
2. Continuous Employee Skills Development
Process Updates: Keep the workforce agile by training teams on brand-new procedures and updates to logistics processes.
Evaluate & Improve: Observe employees in action to objectively evaluate performance and pinpoint key areas for improvement.
Adaptive Coaching: Flex your teaching methods to match the diverse learning needs, styles, and skill levels of individual team members.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Feedback
Validate Learning: Conduct tests, practical simulations, and assessments to ensure training concepts are fully understood.
Performance Tracking: Monitor post-training performance metrics and consistently deliver constructive, actionable feedback to employees.
Action Plans: Proactively identify emerging training gaps and propose targeted action plans to address them.
4. Compliance, Safety & Continuous Improvement
Uphold Standards: Ensure strict adherence to site safety instructions and rigorous quality standards at all times.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Team Leaders and Process Assistants to optimize training schedules and workflows.
Innovate Training: Actively participate in refining and updating training materials, methodologies, and tools for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Associates training experience in a warehouse (mandatory)
- 3PL warehouse, high-volume and fast-paced environment (mandatory)
- Management experience.
- Warehouse experience.
- Knowledge of logistics and the supply chain.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Highly-developed skills in health and safety at work.
