As the Health & Safety Advisor, you will be the cornerstone of our safety operations, bridging the gap between high-volume manufacturing and complex field installations. This is not a "desk job"—it is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will spend significant time on the shop floor and at active infrastructure project sites. You will act as a strategic partner to the President & CEO, ensuring that our commitment to innovation is matched by our commitment to the well-being of our team.
...
Your primary mission is to move beyond reactive compliance. You will be tasked with embedding safety into the daily DNA of our production, logistics, and installation teams. By providing credible, practical guidance, you will influence decision-making at all levels, ensuring that every employee—from the newest hire to the senior site lead—understands their role in maintaining a zero-harm environment. Whether you are conducting a root-cause analysis on a "good catch" in the fabrication shop or verifying fall protection protocols on a bridge installation site, your expertise will directly protect our people and our reputation.
