Randstad is seeking an Autocut Machine Operator / Forklift Operator to join a high-performing manufacturing team in Brantford, ON. Working within the manufacturing & logistics department, you will operate specialized cutting equipment, handle heavy rubber materials, and safely drive counterbalanced forklifts. While primary daily communication is in English, clear teamwork in our diverse manufacturing & logistics environment is key to your success.

Responsibilities
Safely drive counterbalanced forklifts to transport heavy rubber materials and finished stock.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust autocut machinery in the production department.
• Perform regular manual material handling, lifting up to 90 lbs throughout 12-hour shifts.
• Perform quality control checks to meet exact product specifications.
• Complete daily pre-operational forklift inspections and maintain accurate production logs.
Qualifications
Valid external Forklift Certification (Counterbalance).
• Physical capability to repeatedly lift up to 90 lbs unassisted.
• Availability to work rotating 12-hour continental day and night shifts.
• Prior experience in machine operation or heavy manufacturing & logistics environments.
