Responsibilities
- Team Lifting: Collaborate with a partner to safely maneuver and roll 90 lb mats (approx. 50 lbs per person).
- Machine Operation: Feed mats into specialized equipment for precision trimming and cutting.
- Quality Control: Ensure every product meets client specifications before it leaves the skid.
- Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean workspace and strictly follow PPE protocols.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: You are comfortable with consistent lifting (50 lbs) and standing for 8-hour shifts.
- Communication: Strong teamwork skills are essential for synchronized lifting and safety.
- Safety Mindset: You own CSA-approved steel-toed boots and understand the importance of a no-loose-clothing policy.
- Industrial Comfort: You don't mind the standard "rubber scent" of a manufacturing facility.
- Reliability: You have consistent transportation to the Brantford facility and are ready to start as soon as next week.
- Asset: A forklift license is a major plus, though not required!
