Rate: $23.00/hr
Schedule: Mon–Thu 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (3-Day Weekends!)

This is a high-intensity, large-scale renewable project. Think of it as getting paid to work out outdoors. We need powerhouse labourers for heavy manual lifting and site prep. If you are a reliable team player who thrives on physical "grind" work, we want you on-site for this build.

Responsibilities
Heavy Manual Labour: Frequent heavy lifting of solar components and constant physical movement.
Site Preparation: Assisting with racking, panel placement, and hauling materials across the site.
Strict Safety: Operating within a high-performance team while adhering to all site safety protocols.
Outdoor Endurance: Staying productive in various Alberta weather conditions throughout the season.
Qualifications
Mandatory Certification: Valid Fall Protection certificate is strictly required for site access.
Physical Fitness: Must be capable of repetitive heavy lifting and standing for long durations.
Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality; you must have your own transportation to Balzac.
Availability: Ready to start in May and commit to the project through October/November.
