This role features straight, predictable shifts with NO WEEKEND WORK. Candidates must be available for one of the shifts below:
Day Shift 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Monday to Friday
Afternoon Shift 3:15 PM – 1:30 AM Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
Working as an integral part of a fast-paced production line in a heavy manufacturing/construction environment, your duties will include:
Using hand and power tools (impact drills, grinders, etc.) to safely remove casings from large items.
Collaborating with your team to keep the production line moving efficiently.
Maintaining an independent workflow on your designated section of the line.
Adhering to all workplace safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications):
Immediate Availability: Ready and available to begin full-time employment on June 22nd, 2026.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a construction, assembly, or heavy manufacturing environment.
Tool Proficiency: Confident and safe operation of hand and power tools (specifically drills and impact guns).
Environment Comfort: Comfortable working in a heavy industrial setting that can get hot and dirty.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs repeatedly throughout an 8.5-hour shift.
Reliability: An excellent track record for attendance and punctuality.
Background Check: Must be able to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire.
