Responsibilities
Complete service, maintenance and repairs to both Ministry and Company standards and procedures.
Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
Minimize customer equipment downtime.
Repair waste vehicles, trucks and other vehicles, as needed.
Troubleshoot hydraulic/electrical systems.
Complete road tests on serviced vehicles/equipment.
Complete work orders.
Read and interpret manufacturer/operator manuals.
Qualifications
Familiarity with the Occupational Health & Safety Act and your responsibilities within it.
Experience diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently.
Hands-on experience repairing and maintaining hydraulic and electrical systems
Have and maintain a valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician’s Licence, along with any other required licences, and maintain a minimum ‘G’ Driver’s Licence. DZ License and asset.
