We are seeking two bilingual Level 2 Help Desk Specialists to provide remote virtual support to users of the Workday Financial System. The role involves providing advanced user support via MS Teams, developing FAQs and other documentation, analyzing user trends, and assisting in the training of junior helpdesk specialists. This is a one-year remote contract requiring a Reliability security clearance and more than 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Financial Systems such as Workday, SAP or Freebalance, and the ability to support critical projects.
