Permanent Position
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
Salary: $30–$45 per hour (based on experience and certification level)

Responsibilities
In this HET technician role, your day-to-day will include:
Performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and other aerial equipment
Troubleshooting hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues
Conducting pre-delivery inspections and ensuring all equipment is safe and compliant before it leaves the yard
Documenting all work performed accurately and in a timely manner
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Supporting the field service team when needed for on-site calls
Working collaboratively with team members and assisting apprentices where possible
Qualifications
To be considered, you should have:
Level 3 or Level 4 Heavy Equipment Technician Apprentice status OR Red Seal Journeyman certification (421A or equivalent)
Experience working on elevated work platforms is a priority
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic ability
A valid driver’s license
A safety-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude
