Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Annual work boot allowance.
Overtime available as required.
Responsibilities
* Set up and operate manual and CNC horizontal boring mills to produce high-quality custom parts.
* Utilize both conversational programming and Mastercam to bring designs to life.
* Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings with high accuracy.
* Work independently to complete custom projects while maintaining tight tolerances.
* Uphold rigorous standards for safety, organization, and cleanliness.
* Think critically to solve technical challenges and contribute ideas for shop efficiency.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of machining experience preferred
* Trade certification (Licensed Machinist) is an asset, but not required
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work to tight tolerances
* Welding/fabrication experience is a strong asset
* Forklift certification is an asset
* A proactive, responsible team player with a strong attention to detail
* Someone who thrives in a smaller, independent shop environment
