Responsibilities
- Guest Concierge: Manage check-in, registration desk support, and provide personalized wayfinding and escorting.
- Hospitality Support: Act as a runner and general onsite assistant to maintain a "white-glove" guest environment.
- Stadium Logistics: Facilitate smooth guest ingress/egress and provide general onsite logistics support.
- Event Execution: Assist with event prep, "pick and pack" tasks, and load-in requirements to ensure the venue is guest-ready.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in event or hospitality roles, ideally within a VIP, luxury, or premium setting.
- Demeanor: A highly professional, polished, and adaptable personality suited for high-profile environments.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Logistics: Must be local to Vancouver and have a personal smartphone for real-time onsite communication.
- Attire: Must provide professional black bottoms and black shoes (additional uniform details to follow).
