In this role you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, learn relevant software and contribute to our clients’ success in their businesses.
The ideal candidate would have experience in administration, accounting and exposure to payroll. Someone who enjoys learning new skills and thrives in a fast paced environment would do well in this role. A knowledge of ERP systems (Epicore) and ADP Workforce Now is an asset. This opportunity is hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote, once training is complete.

Advantages

-Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

-$26 - $28/hour base on experience

Responsibilities
-Supporting the Human Resources team with administrative duties
-Processing payroll utilizing ADP Workforce Now
-Maintaining and updating employee information, including records of attendance, leave, overtime, and new hires.
-Support in reparing and filing payroll-related documents, such as year-end tax statements (e.g., T4s in Canada), pension forms, and records of employment.
-Collaborating with other departments and field supervisors to ensure accuracy in the payroll process and resolve issues.
-Data clean up and entry into Epicore
-Support Accounting team with data entry and AP/AR
-Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting position
-Exposure to payroll processes is benefitial
-Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
-Detail oriented
-Experience with ADP WOrkforce Now and Epicore (ERP) is an asset
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Basic level of Excel
