HR Advisor

• Base Salary for HR Advisor:  $60K – $80K plus profit sharing

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Pryor, OK. As the HR Advisor, you will:

• Provide support to HR, management, and union representatives
• Administer and interpret the collective bargaining agreement (CBA)

• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Provide coaching and support to supervisors and employees
• Conduct investigations and resolve employee concerns in a timely and fair manner

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for hourly and salaried roles
• Collaborate with HR and operations to ensure staffing levels meet 24/7 production demands

• Support position management, preboarding, new hire orientation, onboarding, and training
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and HRIS processes in coordination with corporate HR
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a Human Resources role
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with both hourly and salaried employees
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Labor relations experience, including contract interpretation and grievance administration
