This role serves as the primary HR point of contact for approximately 200 employees across six regional sites, providing essential support in employee relations, recruitment, and payroll administration. It is a high-energy, hands-on position designed for an HR professional looking to grow their career within a stable, industrial environment.

Responsibilities
•Employee Relations: Partner closely with Plant Supervisors to manage day-to-day staff interactions, resolve issues, and participate in health, safety, and disciplinary meetings.
•Talent Coordination: Manage the onboarding lifecycle, track open requisitions, and collaborate with the corporate talent team to fill essential hourly production roles.
•Operations & Payroll: Act as a liaison for payroll troubleshooting, data entry, and benefits guidance, ensuring production employees have seamless access to HR services.
•Regional Engagement: Maintain a presence across six local facilities (all within a 2-hour radius) to support a diverse workforce of 200+ people.
Qualifications
•Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Generalist role; comfort working on a production/plant floor is essential.
•Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word); prior experience with SuccessFactors or SAP is considered a strong asset.
•Education: A degree in Human Resources is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered.
•Mobility & Logistics: Must be authorized to work in Canada and possess a valid driver's license for regional travel (approx. 15-20% of the time).
