Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Review Recruitment Request Forms and support the creation of digital recruitment files.
Draft and revise job postings, publishing them on internal boards, ATS, and niche sites.
Screen resumes, conduct applicant phone screens (when required), and book appointments for interviews and vendor meetings.
Secure and verify references with our external vendor, and draft contract extension, transfer, offer, or rejection letters.
Complete new employee paperwork, prepare files for documentation, and track new hire onboarding requirements.
HR Administration & Reporting
Provide superior customer service by responding to internal and external queries, referring matters to appropriate team members.
Produce routine reports and respond to standard requests for information utilizing Ceridian Dayforce and other departmental systems.
Assist with routine file reviews, audits, correspondence creation, and tracking documents to support organizational processes.
Facilitate and distribute clerical testing to candidates.
Event & Operational Support
Provide support for job fairs, open houses, circuit interviews, departmental committees, and working groups.
Assist with scheduling meetings, booking rooms, drafting agendas, preparing materials, and composing minutes.
Coordinate shared email inboxes, sort and distribute incoming mail, and maintain the department's file management system.
Perform administrative activities such as photocopying, scanning, arranging couriers, and ordering office supplies.
Qualifications
1 -2 years of experience in a related role, or proven equivalent recent and related training/experience.
Previous experience within a large, complex environment.
Highly organized and structured
