We are currently seeking a Temporary HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team within a logistics and transportation organization during a leave. The role is fully on-site in Moncton, supporting a workforce of approximately 300 employees. The environment is young and dynamic, and all HR processes are managed through Workday. The broader HR team is supported remotely, including partners based in Halifax.
This assignment also offers potential for extension and long-term or permanent opportunities, depending on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities
-Provide day-to-day operational support to the HR team
-Execute HR transactions and employee data management in Workday
-Support employee relations activities, including documentation and follow-ups
-Build, document, and manage HR cases in collaboration with the HR team
-Assist HR Generalists with various administrative and operational tasks
-Act as the primary on-site HR presence, ensuring consistent and professional support to employees
Qualifications
-Previous experience in an HR coordination or junior/intermediate HR role (Asset)
-Knowledge of Workday (Asset)
-Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment
-Autonomous, well-organized, and proactive
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
-Fluent in English (unilingual English work environment)
