The Contract & Workspace
Duration: This is a 1-month contract, with the potential to extend up to 3 times based on business needs and performance.
Model: We operate on a hybrid working model, requiring the successful candidate to be on-site 2 days a week at our corporate office.

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for the HR mailbox, addressing policy and process questions with professional poise.
Data Integrity: Execute high-volume data entry into our HRIS (Workday), maintaining a gold standard of accuracy.
Program Administration: Manage end-to-end logistics for HR initiatives, including education assistance and service awards.
Documentation: Draft and customize complex employment letters, offer packages, and status change documents.
Compliance & Filing: Monitor employee eligibility (right to work) and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Team Support: Assist the broader HR team with sophisticated tasks including invoicing, internal audits, reporting, and survey distribution.
Qualifications
Your Qualifications
Experience: At least 2 years of dedicated HR administrative experience within a corporate environment. Experience specifically within financial services and wealth management is highly preferred.
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or HR Administration.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office; hands-on experience with Workday is a significant advantage.
Knowledge: A solid grasp of Canadian employment standards and human rights legislation.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (French bilingualism is a definite asset).
