A fast-paced, established manufacturing facility in Aylmer is urgently seeking a hands-on HR Generalist for a 3-month contract. This role is heavily focused on full-cycle recruitment and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at cross-divisional coordination to help hit critical year-end hiring targets.

Responsibilities
Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, primarily focusing on manufacturing and operational roles.
Partner directly with cross-divisional managers to assess specific hiring needs, define job requirements, and coordinate interview schedules.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of talent in a fast-moving environment.
Manage onboarding administration and candidate communications with a high degree of accuracy.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of proven, hands-on recruitment experience.
Working Style: A "roll-up-your-sleeves" professional who can jump in immediately and navigate a bustling manufacturing environment.
Skills: Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and cross-departmental communication skills.
