Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and HR support to the HR Director, International;
• Initiate pre-employment screening and track results for pre-hires in assigned group; • Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and support the onboarding process by communicating with new hires, tracking onboarding tasks, encouraging the timely completion of onboarding activities for the hiring manager and new employees;
• Takes direction from leadership, provides general HR support as needed based on HR function and business needs and activities;
Qualifications
2+ years of related experience in an high level admin assistant/coordinator role, HR administrative support and human resources environment;
• Bachelor or Associate degree
Must have Workday experience
Availability: Must be able to commit to the full 4-month term based in the Barrie, ON office.
