Responsibilities
•Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Orchestrate the recruitment process from end-to-end, partnering with hiring managers to identify and secure top-tier talent.
•Onboarding & Culture Integration: Lead high-impact new hire orientations that introduce the company’s core values and long-term vision.
•Employee Lifecycle Management: Serve as the primary subject matter expert for employee queries regarding total rewards, benefits, and payroll.
•Operational Compliance: Maintain the integrity of employee records and HR systems, ensuring all internal policies align with the latest employment legislation.
•Strategic HR Projects: Contribute to special initiatives involving market research, program development, and executive-level presentations.
•Professional Offboarding: Facilitate structured exit interviews and manage the offboarding lifecycle to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
•Relevant Experience: Typically requires 2+ years of progressive HR experience; ready to move from a coordinator level into a more autonomous role.
•Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Professional Designation: Relevant HR designation (e.g., CHRP) is strongly preferred or in active pursuit.
•Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, a "team-first" attitude, and the ability to manage diverse functional areas with accuracy.
•Mobility: Ability to perform office-based work with a willingness for infrequent travel as required.
