We are a successful organization in the pharmaceutical industry, and this is a fully onsite role located in Oakville, Ontario. The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $75,000.

Responsibilities
As the HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters. Your responsibilities will include:
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding and all the daily employee inquiries in between.
Recruitment: Lead all talent acquisition efforts for both our in-house corporate team and our remote sales representatives. This includes everything from writing job descriptions and coordinating with vendors to building university relationships.
Payroll & Benefits: Handle all payroll inputs for our third-party provider and administer our comprehensive employee benefits program.
Change Management: Play a critical role in integrating and updating policies and procedures to support our organizational growth.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, respond to general HR inquiries, and ensure all HR processes run smoothly.
Qualifications
We're looking for a passionate and resourceful HR professional with:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably from a corporate environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical, food, or consumer goods industries is an asset.
Proven experience in recruitment, payroll administration, and handling employee relations.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of HR best practices.
A certified HR designation (CHRP) is an asset.
