At our Cascades facilities near Tulsa, Oklahoma you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Tissue Group as the Human Resource Manager:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead HR operations including compensation, benefits, health management, and compliance
- Drive talent attraction, retention, by developing training plans, guiding employee growth, and coaching supervisors on goal setting, compensation, performance reviews, and skill development
- Report on HR analytics and lead monthly HR initiatives
- Champion change management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead labor relations in a unionized environment, fostering constructive dialogue and ensuring compliance with collective agreements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations, while providing support to managers to uphold best practices and a safe, inclusive workplace
- Coach and consult with leadership on performance and workforce development
- Represent Cascades at community and corporate events (some travel to Canada required)

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
- Human Resource leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills and ability to set priorities.
- Leadership and expertise in promoting buy-in to proposed solutions and change.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
- 3+ years’ experience of related professional human resource leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with HRIS systems
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance in the US
- SHRM certification and background in labor relations are considered assets
