At our facility Lithotech in Scarborough you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Hr Manager:
- Plan workforce and succession needs aligned with budgets; oversee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement training plans; ensure key position holders are trained for each business process.
- Coach managers on goal setting, performance reviews, compensation, and development planning.
- Support managers in employee relations and achieving business objectives; lead continuous improvement.
- Oversee labour relations and safety initiatives, including KPI tracking, accident investigations, and case management.
- Apply company policies, ensure compliance with business processes, and assign/train System Users (SUs).
- Conduct weekly payroll reviews and SOX audits.
