Key Responsibilities:
- Dayforce Optimization: Support the standardized setup of job requisitions within our newly launched Dayforce platform; maintain the recruitment tracker and update candidate statuses accurately.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Screen resumes, identify top-tier talent, and forward viable candidates to hiring managers for review.
- Coordination & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews and attend regular recruitment meetings.
- Compliance & Pre-Employment: Schedule and oversee pre-employment testing.
- Onboarding Assistance: Act as a point of contact for candidates, guiding them through conditional offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
What We Are Looking For:
- HR & Recruitment Experience: Proven background in HR administration, recruitment support, and onboarding processes.
- Dayforce Expertise (Highly Valued): Hands-on experience with Dayforce is a major asset, particularly in building or standardizing recruitment workflows.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to assist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts (testing, tracking, and compliance).
- Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and French is highly desirable.
- Recruitment Marketing: Experience with job advertising and marketing strategies to attract top talent.
