RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter data into payroll and HR systems for creating positions and employee life events
- Participate in administrative activities for talent recruitment, onboarding, and temporary staffing
- Serve as a resource for employees on practices, programs, benefits, and disability management
- Support workforce deployment planning and organize training activities
- Address pay, benefits, HR programs, and system-related queries from supervisors and employees
- Handle full-cycle hourly recruitment, new hire orientation, and exit interviews
- Manage payroll tasks, update employment trackers, handle short-term disability claims, and assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
- Provide first point of contact support for hourly employees

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
- Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Undergraduate or post-graduate studies in Human Resource Management highly desirable
- Collaborative spirit, high level of autonomy and discretion needed to work closely with all team members
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, regulatory compliance, disciplinary procedures and disability management
Note: This position is not remote, hours are onsite Monday – Friday.
