Responsibilities
•Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary HR consultant for various business units, guiding leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
•Employee Relations: Manage complex investigations and grievances while coaching management on performance mastery and conflict resolution.
•Talent Management: Oversee succession planning and talent reviews to identify high-potential employees for critical leadership paths.
•Operational Support: Lead disability case management, including return-to-work plans, and managing compensation cycles for strategic hires.
•Analytics & Integrity: Utilize ERP systems to maintain data integrity and produce actionable HR analytics for site leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
•Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within industrial, construction, or engineering environments.
•Education: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Professional Designation: Completion of or active pursuit of a CHRL designation is highly preferred.
•Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
•Key Competencies: Strong emotional intelligence, a "Safety Always" mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced, project-driven timelines.
