Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment: Partner with line management to analyze trends and metrics, developing targeted HR solutions, programs, and policies.

Performance Management: Provide day-to-day guidance to leadership on coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Talent Retention: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Program Implementation: Roll out corporate HR initiatives at the business-unit level, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field (CHRP/CHRL designation is highly preferred).
Experience: Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, with at least two years operating in a strategic HR Business Partner capacity.
Legislative Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Ontario employment law and modern HR best practices for resolving complex workplace issues.
Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in navigating and utilizing HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite for data-driven decision-making.
