Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and hands-on support across areas like performance management, talent development, conflict resolution, employee relations, and change management.
- Coach leaders to enhance their development and their team's capabilities.
- Partner with leadership to develop effective organizational structures that promote organizational health.
- Analyze people trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Act as a cultural ambassador and a change agent, driving the successful adoption of new initiatives.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development to create people-centered solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and proven experience developing effective partnerships with leaders.
- Technical ability with HCM software, MS Office, and experience with employee experience/survey tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for and respond confidently to senior leaders.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable working in changing, fast-paced environments
