Responsibilities
UKG Core Consolidation: Lead the technical consolidation of employee records, org levels, and job architecture within the UKG Pro Core environment.
HRSoft Merit Implementation: Act as the primary functional lead for the implementation and roll-out of the HRSoft Merit module, ensuring it aligns with annual compensation strategies.
Data Integrity: Perform deep-dive audits of Core HR data to ensure readiness for merit cycles and payroll exports.
Reporting & Analytics: Build complex BI reports within UKG to provide leadership with insights into headcount, turnover, and total rewards.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with UKG Pro (Core), specifically in consolidation or large-scale migration projects.
Prior experience implementing or managing HRSoft (specifically the Merit/Comp module) is highly preferred.
Advanced Excel and data modeling skills; comfortable managing large datasets with zero margin for error.
