Responsibilities
iCIMS Consolidation: Lead the effort to audit, clean, and consolidate disparate recruitment instances into a single, optimized iCIMS environment.
Talent Suite Management: Configure and support the UKG Pro Talent modules, including the launch of annual performance reviews, succession planning workflows, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
Integration Oversight: Ensure data flows accurately from iCIMS (as the point of entry) into UKG Pro to maintain a "single source of truth" for employee profiles.
User Enablement: Create training materials and provide remote support for recruiters and hiring managers across the organization.
Qualifications
Proven experience managing or consolidating iCIMS in a multi-entity environment.
Hands-on configuration experience with UKG Pro Talent (Performance, Succession, and Learning).
Strong understanding of the recruitment-to-onboarding workflow.
