As our HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role across the entire employee lifecycle:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Support our growth by managing job postings, reviewing applications, and coordinating interviews. You will deliver impactful new hire orientation and prepare essential onboarding materials.
Employee Support: Be the friendly, knowledgeable face for our team, answering inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Your strong communication skills will be vital as you interact with employees daily.
Administrative Excellence: Maintain and update employee records with a strong level of accuracy. You will be entrusted with highly sensitive data, requiring the utmost confidentiality and adherence to compliance standards.
Development & Engagement: Collaborate on training development initiatives, helping to identify and address departmental needs relevant to manufacturing operations. You will also assist in exciting HR projects aimed at boosting employee engagement, including planning and executing company social events.
Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in an HR support role, ideally within manufacturing or a related industrial sector.
Communication: Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for effective employee interaction at all levels.
Integrity: A commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive employee information.
Detail-Oriented: A strong level of accuracy in all data entry, record keeping, and compliance-related tasks.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Location: Ability to work fully onsite in Guelph to build strong relationships and support our team directly.
