On-Site: full-time (five days/week)
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Advantages

Responsible for recruitment at the location, across all levels.
Collaborate and work closely with a National HR team.
Travel to HR team meetings, education conferences, and other offices.
Responsibilities
Main point of contract for employees for any questions, concerns, grievances, or investigations.
Responsible for responding to any grievances, following processes and protocol for next steps.
Work with employees and management to resolve any issues, or move to next steps.
Full-cycle recruitment for roles at the location - posting openings, screening resumes, setting up interviews, sending out offers.
Onboarding for all new staff.
Work with the National HR team on any HR-related tasks, projects, or strategies.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of four years of HR experience - must have unionized experience.
Strong communication and people skills - collaboration is key for this role.
Must be able to be on-site five days a week.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
