Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4 days on-site, 1 day from home)
Salary Range: $90,000 – $105,000 CAD

Responsibilities
Labour Relations Management: Interpret collective agreements, lead workplace investigations, and manage the grievance process to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
Collective Bargaining Support: Assist in negotiations by analyzing workforce data, drafting contract language, and performing cost analysis on proposals.
Performance Coaching: Partner with management to provide guidance on employee relations, progressive discipline, and talent development strategies.
Compliance & Administration: Oversee the integrity of payroll inputs, benefits, and pension data while ensuring all practices align with laws and regulations.
Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor and analyze key metrics like turnover and absenteeism to recommend proactive solutions for operational effectiveness
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: At least 4 years of HR experience in a unionized setting.
Educational Background: Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related field of study is preferred.
Professional Designation: CHRP or CHRL designation is strongly preferred (or currently in progress).
Communication Skills: Strong conflict-resolution and negotiation abilities.
