We are supporting a client in the manufacturing industry to cover a maternity leave for their Human Resources Director. The ideal candidate will have global HR exposure, have been involved in an HRIS implementation and have lead an HR team previously.
Location: Burlington
Work Model: In-Office (five days a week)

Salary: $110,000 - $140,00 (package includes bonus, benefits, RRSP matching, and three weeks of vacation)

Responsibilities
Lead for the HRIS implementation for the organization, collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless rollout.
Daily HR operational support - recruitment, coaching, performance management, employee relations.
Support the assigned business group in their day-to-day needs.
Review weekly payroll before it's processed.
Work to refine/develop new policies for the organization.
Other duties and projects as requested.
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years in progressive HR settings, including people management.
Experience in the manufacturing, logistics or distribution industry is preferred.
Prior exposure and involvement in HRIS implementation.
Work within a global organization is an asset.
Must be able and willing to be on-site (Burlington office) five days a week.
