Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for the human resources team.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation and system entries are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update digital and physical employee records, ensuring 100% compliance with privacy regulations and human resources standards.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leaves of absence, acting as a reliable point of contact for staff inquiries.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other essential human resources correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of employee engagement events and internal communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Human Resources Administrator or pertinent human resources support role.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Responsible for navigating confidential and sensitive with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (HRIS, Payworks, ADP or similar).
