We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator for a 4-month temporary assignment with potential for extension. This role is crucial in supporting our client's dedicated HR team in Canada as they undergo an exciting global transformation project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior HR professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global healthcare environment.
Title: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Mississauga and Kitchener (Must be able to travel between locations)
Work Model: Hybird 3 Days Onsite (25 hrs/wk)
Salary: $20-$24 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Duration: 4 Months (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities
Digitization Project: Efficiently converting paper employee files to digital formats for improved accessibility.
Policy Review & Development: Assisting in the review and updating of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current and compliant.
Knowledge Center Creation: Contributing to the establishment of a comprehensive knowledge center for HR policies and procedures within the new shared services model.
General HR Administration: Performing various administrative tasks, including filing and preparing offer letters.
Benefits Administration Support: Assisting with basic benefits administration, such as wellness claims and communicating with payroll (note: this role is NOT responsible for payroll transactions).
Employee Relations Support: Providing initial support for employee concerns or questions, with an openness to grow into more involved ER tasks.
Qualifications
Completion of an HR-related education program (e.g., diploma, degree, or relevant certification).
Minimum of 1 year of solid, hands-on HR experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude, proactive approach, and a "go-getter" mentality.
Ability to travel between the Mississauga and Kitchener office locations as needed.
