Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to date employee records (both digital and physical)
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Process payroll information, including timesheets, deductions, and new employee date
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits
- Full-cycle recruitment functions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR administrator or relevant human resources position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (CHRP designation considered an asset)
- Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential information with discretion
