This role would be responsible for the daily HR operations, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management and employee relations. Work Model: Full-time on-site (5 days/week)
Salary: $85K+, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruitment for roles across the company (junior level to management)
- Responsible for the onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Work with Managers and Supervisors to coach and advise on employee relations and resolutions
- Manage any employee offboarding, working with the Manager to facilitate and advise on the process
- Work with the HR Director on projects across the company, present to Managers, and be a point of contact for new HR initiatives
- Other duties and projects as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years in an HRBP role
- Must have full-cycle recruitment experience
- Excellent communication and the ability to work across multiple departments, with various stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and time management are a must for this role
- Solid foundation and understanding of HR principles, legislation and best practices
