On behalf our client in the public sector, we are looking for part time HR Coordinator (6 months) to support full-cycle hiring initiatives. Working closely with divisional leaders and the Human Resources department, you will manage day-to-day talent acquisition activities and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

- Facilitate and coordinate end-to-end recruitment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to align on talent needs and streamline interviewing processes.
- Manage high-volume administrative logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate correspondence.
- Maintain positive, professional relationships to ensure an exceptional experience for both applicants and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years experience in recruitment, HR coordination, talent acquisition, or high-volume administrative operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple hiring priorities efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and workflow management.
