You will work closely with company leadership and an external HR consulting partner to help establish processes, organize employee information, implement HR technology, and ensure employees and managers are properly set up and trained on the new platform.

Responsibilities
Set up and maintain employee profiles for employees across two manufacturing facilities.
Enter, organize, and validate employee information within the company’s HR platform.
Support the implementation of employee calendars, time-off tracking, scheduling, timesheets, and other HR functions.
Assist with the implementation of time tracking and attendance processes.
Work with production managers to establish and maintain employee schedules and shifts.
Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Learn the HR platform and become a key internal resource for basic system questions.
Qualifications
1–2 years of HR or HR administration experience preferred.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Recent graduates with relevant HR education and practical experience will be considered.
Working knowledge of basic HR practices and employment standards in Ontario.
Strong administrative and data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable learning and working with HRIS or other business software.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable communicating with employees, managers, and external HR consultants.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferred due to travel between two nearby facilities.
