Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Management: Direct all phases of the employee experience, including recruitment strategies, onboarding, and performance management cycles.
Advisory & Relations: Handle complex employee relations matters, manage disciplinary processes, and partner with external advisors when necessary.
Total Rewards & Policy: Oversee compensation reviews, benefits administration, and the maintenance of HR policies, ensuring compliance.
Operational Excellence: Modernize and manage HRIS data to ensure accuracy and seamless integration with payroll and benefits.
Strategic Reporting: Analyze key people metrics to prepare insightful HR reports for leadership, driving data-informed decision-making.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
Experience: Minimum of seven years of progressive HR experience, including at least three years in a management or leadership capacity.
Legislative Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Ontario employment law and modern HR best practices.
Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in managing HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.
