Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried positions
Post vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboarding
Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Lead employee engagement and team initiatives
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in Dayforce
Support HR administration, employee relations, and various HR projects
Qualifications
2+ years of Human Resources experience with full-cycle recruitment
Experience recruiting for high-volume positions is an asset
Dayforce (Ceridian) experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
CHRP designation or working toward certification is considered an asset
