Position Details:
Job Title: Human Resources - Recruiter
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Duration: Full-time contract (May 1, 2026 – End of Year)
Compensation: $22.00 / hour
Hours: Mon–Fri (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST)
Peak Season: Potential for overtime during October and November.

Responsibilities
- Candidate Screening: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to assess candidate fit and maintain a steady flow of talent.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full hiring lifecycle within Workday, ensuring data integrity and real-time status updates.
- Onboarding Support: Act as the primary point of contact for new hires; coordinating via email and text to ensure they are prepared for their first day.
- Proactive Communication: Monitor and respond to inquiries via text/email efficiently; conduct follow-up calls to resolve questions and clarify expectations.
- Offer Management: Formally extend job offers and educate successful candidates on the next steps of their journey.
- Candidate Experience: Use active listening to address concerns and de-escalate issues, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Reporting & Documentation: Update client systems with detailed notes and maintain basic tracking reports in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience (High-volume experience is highly preferred).
- Language: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and experience with an ATS (Workday experience is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to prioritize multiple functions, manage time efficiently, and handle high call volumes without sacrificing quality.lity.
