As an HVAC Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert helping customers and contractors get their HVAC equipment up and running. Whether it’s walking someone through a tricky install, troubleshooting a VRF system, or training over a Teams call — your knowledge, communication skills, and field experience will make the difference.
This is an office-based role located in Edmonton, but you’ll also be required to travel to customer sites across Alberta when hands-on support is needed. Mileage and travel expenses are fully covered, and occasional work out of the Calgary office may be required.

Responsibilities
Provide phone, email, webinar, and in-person technical support to contractors, engineers, and internal teams
Assist with troubleshooting, installations, commissioning, and general equipment guidance
Stay current with an upcoming ERT system and company tools
Lead or support webinars and virtual meetings using Teams, Zoom, etc.
Use programs like Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Adobe for documentation
Occasionally travel within Alberta (some fly-in/fly-out sites)
Qualifications
Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic (Red Seal an asset)
5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
Strong understanding of wiring, electronics, and controls
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience mentoring apprentices or training others**
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
First Aid, Forklift, and Fall Protection training are assets
Familiarity with VRF/VRV systems and AutoCAD is a plus
Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing may be required for select job sites
