Responsibilities
Hybrid Clinical and Operational Pharmacist - Vancouver - Full-Time, Permanent - Healthcare
Hybrid Workflow: Spend 2 to 3 days per week performing OAT delivery and 2 to 3 days per week working in the onsite dispensary.
OAT Delivery and Witnessing: Prepare medications within the pharmacy and travel to contracted facilities to witness OAT administration.
Clinical Accuracy: Ensure all medications are prepared and documented with 100% accuracy before leaving the pharmacy.
Facility Collaboration: Coordinate with onsite staff at contracted facilities to ensure patient safety and medication compliance during delivery routes.
Dispensary Operations: Manage traditional pharmacist duties during onsite shifts, including prescription verification and patient counseling.
Flexible Scheduling: Early morning OAT shifts (6:30 AM to 2:30 PM) and varying dispensary shifts (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Rotational Duties: Participate in a weekend rotation (approximately once every 3 to 4 weeks) and shared on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications

Must-Haves:
Current licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
OAT (Opioid Agonist Treatment) Certification.
Valid driver's license to operate the company vehicle.
Ability to pass a Vulnerability Sector Search (VSS).
Ability to work independently during delivery routes and effectively with a team in the dispensary.
Nice-to-Haves:
Previous experience in a community or clinical pharmacy setting.
Strong communication skills for interacting with facility staff and patients.
A flexible mindset to navigate different shift times and environments.
