Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services:
•Assist in the transition from SailPoint IIQ/ISC platform to Microsoft Entra ID, focusing on external identity governance and lifecycle management
•Analyze the current solution environment to identify deficiencies and opportunities for simplification as part of continuous improvement and to streamline migration activities
•Collaborate with application development leads to deliver highly available credential retrieval services for external identities
•Collaborate with the application teams to implement Microsoft Entra ID SCIM provisioning agents and ensure seamless user lifecycle operations
•Assist with the development and documentation of integration patterns for application developers
•Resolve complex cross-functional technical issues in a timely manner
•Perform code reviews for developers and participate in the planning and execution of testing activities
•Other related activities and deliverables as required
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:
•Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior technical role within mid- to large-size organizations
•Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing, building, and implementing enterprise solutions using both SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint IDN/ISC
•Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including its provisioning and role-based access capabilities
•Strong demonstrated understanding of IAM governance, provisioning, and compliance requirements
•Strong demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with effective negotiation skills with the ability to make sound decisions when providing advice
•Strong demonstrated technical knowledge of basic networking and web services protocols such as REST and SOAP, as well as API design for extensibility and portability, and data formats such as XML and JSON
•Demonstrated ability to develop business-ready documentation that is clear, concise, organized, and tailored for non-technical audience
Additional Qualifications:
The following will also be considered:
•Demonstrated experience with Agile and DevOps
•Demonstrated knowledge of Cyber Security certifications (CISSP, GIAC, etc.)
•Demonstrated experience in the banking industry and/or government organizations
