The Maximo developer will be a key member of the EWMS Program, responsible for configuring the Maximo application suite to meet the Client's technology needs. This role involves developing and configuring all functional and technical aspects of the Maximo solution, including design, configurations, and interfaces, to ensure high-quality and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, upgrade, test, and document software components for Maximo applications.
- Create IBM BIRT reports / Cognos dashboards using the Maximo application.
- Work independently and within teams to meet aggressive schedules.
- Collaborate with end-users, business analysts, and project managers to determine requirements and solution designs.
- Work closely with the Maximo Technical staff to launch new features.
- Develop thoroughly tested code and perform quality assurance on all new configurations.
- Collaborate with other technology teams and architects to solve complex problems.
- Support functional test case development and various types of testing.
- Convert business requirements into a comprehensive design, build, test, and deploy cycle.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 12+ years of experience developing or implementing a full life-cycle Work and Asset Management system using IBM Maximo MASx, Maximo Mobile, and Maximo 7.6.x.
- Extensive experience of 10+ years on Maximo application configuration and development for divisional projects.
- Considerable experience on large Maximo implementations, including migrations, testing, and upgrades.
- Significant experience with Maximo Business Objects & Web Beans (Java) and Automation scripts (Jython/Python).
- Considerable experience building integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and GIS using Web services and APIs (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Experience using version control systems like Git.
- Proven ability to build new Maximo applications, workflows, BIRT reports, and Workcenters.
- Strong knowledge of Maximo Spatial configuration & ArcGis.
- Self-starter with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
