In this professional coordination role, you will work closely with Sustainability, Brand, and global corporate teams to support a diverse portfolio of programs aiming to protect and enhance both people and the planet. This position balances hands-on operational tasks, partner engagement, data management, and research to strengthen the organization's enterprise sustainability footprint. A central focus of this mandate will be supporting the foundational development, process documentation, compliance intake, and tracking workflows for a net-new corporate Impact Program, alongside cross-functional projects touching on environmental restoration and conservation strategy.
Duration: 12-Month, Full-Time Contract

Responsibilities
Program Management & Operational Governance
Daily Coordination: Provide day-to-day administrative coordination and operational support to drive the implementation and growth of the corporate Impact Program.
Workshop Facilitation: Schedule, drive, and document cross-functional program workshops, keeping project calendars, trackers, and meeting materials meticulously organized.
Governance Documentation: Maintain, update, and manage version control for internal playbooks, process maps, tools, and regulatory guidance materials.
Partner Onboarding: Facilitate the intake documentation, administrative compliance guidance, and systematic follow-ups required to onboard new sustainability and conservation partners.
Administrative Workflows: Oversee back-office operational tasks including invoice processing, contracting data collection, and internal legal coordination.
Research, Analytics & Reporting
Industry Benchmarking: Conduct targeted research on emerging best practices, industry sustainability benchmarks, and potential operational risks to inform program design.
Metrics & Telemetry Tracking: Track, aggregate, and report on program milestones, data metrics, and impact indicators to fulfill internal commitments and external public facing goals.
Asset Creation: Support the creation of educational presentations, partner-facing training content, and internal change management communications.
Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of progressive professional experience operating within one or more of the following domains: corporate sustainability in the apparel/consumer goods sector, environmentally focused non-profit organizations/foundations, corporate social impact programming, or supply chain human rights compliance.
Operational Drive: A proven bias for taking initiative and driving tasks forward with minimal supervision, proactively identifying operational risks or areas for structural improvement.
Data & Documentation Acuity: High attention to detail with comfortable familiarity parsing documentation, updating project management tools, and structuring high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
Education: Post-secondary education in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business Administration, or equivalent practical industry experience.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; a fast learner who asks thoughtful questions, excels at task prioritization, and adapts easily to dynamic corporate environments.
Preferred Assets
Foundational fluency with progressive sustainability themes (e.g., environmental restoration, ecological conservation, biodiversity protection).
Prior practical experience collaborating directly with corporate Legal, Compliance, and Finance business units.
Cross-cultural communication skills or direct experience managing external vendor relationships.
